Falling in love with Bunni

I was in NYC for the long weekend. I got to hang out extensively with the famous Bunni! As suspected, she does have a masssssiiiiiive nose wrinkle.


I found that she shares many similar personality quirks with my baby girls. She likes to pose for pics.


She, too, is capable of being a glam pug princess.


Although she prefers outfits more befitting her bunni-self.


I'm officially in luv with the Bunster!

How do the princesses hone their unfailing penchant for sleeping on the most luxurious spots?

Sunny spot

I don't know what it is -- the pugs are drawn to the sun. It heats up their black fur and gets them all warm and sleepy.

NOTICE

I was alerted to this latest alarming recall by my sister -- Natural Balance Venison flavor. It's so disappointing, because Natural Balance was supposed to be one of the 'safe' brands. Actually, it makes me a little angry.

Unfortunately, that's what Bunni has been eating recently! We'll have to keep a close eye on her. I'm trying to use this as leverage to convince her to make her own pug food, like we do.

Pugs are pooped

We got back from a week in Hawaii.



The darlings had such a good time while we were gone, that all they've done since is lie around and sleep. Exhausted puglets. At least they pick a comfortable sunny spot in which to collapse.

Cleo has fallen asleep, waiting for her toy to jump into her mouth.

Poor Sasha

Sasha's strategy is to look as pathetic as possible until she gets what she wants. It's a really effective strategy.

Sasha remembers

Sasha the Ice Princess actually has a little thaw in her armor. She luuuuuuvs her Auntie Vananh -- gives her love and kisses usually only reserved for her daddy and her grandpappy.

Toy lust

After mauling her toy, Cleo then gets all forlorn and woebegone without it..... if only she was able to jump down and get it.... or maybe the trained mommy will pick it up for her.

Golf baaaalll!

When Sasha was a little pup, she liked to forage for all of the golf balls in her grandmammy and grandpappy's house, and collect them in a pile under a sofa somewhere. She's been reunited with her toy.
