Apparently it rains a lot here during the winter. The pugs do not like the rain, AT ALL. Sometimes they'll just refuse to evacuate and stand in one spot, looking pathetic.
They look so cute in their raincoats. I don't know why they don't like the rain more than they do.
The pugs look adorable in their smart raincoats! I think if they realized how chic they look they would reconsider their dislike of rain.
