Lazy morning pugs

Found the pugs the other morning. Apparently too tired to be interested in getting their share of our breakfast.

Filthy princess

We went for a nice long walk in the beautiful CA sun the other weekend. Sasha was so happily exhausted, that she temporarily forgot her prissy self.

Empresses new bed

The puglets have acquired a new bed recently. It's tres posh -- super comfy stuffing with a roll all around for them to rest their weary heads. The fabric is super soft ... best of all the whole thing is washable. All the better for them if there is ever an accident. Although, if there ever IS an accident, there will be no need for a bed because the culprit pug will be sent away....


... to grandpappy and grandmammy's house.

Fancy puglets

The verrry lucky pugs got a very special gift from a friend (much more talented at knitting than I). Cleo was so pleased she posed immediately.

Sasha summoned her Dietrich muse.

Both princesses were very pleased with their gift.

Sasha the Conquering Hero

Sasha was very busy in the corner of the living room the other night. We investigated and discovered that she was busily defending us from an Evil Mosquito. She kilt it dead.






We praised her, our little fierce puglet. She was modest, tho, about accepting our praise and gratitude.

Sandy pugs

Well, we had to bring all 3 puglets to the beach.

Sasha had a magnificent time.

Bliss

The grandpappy came to visit, as well. Cleo settled in for a long nap.

So did Sasha.

The sweetlets were pretty pleased to be cuddling again with their grandpappy.

Frolicking CA pugs

We were given the enormous responsibility and honor of watching Bunni while her parents were gallivanting in the city. We promptly took them to the nearest park, and tried to exhaust the inexhaustible Bunni.



We were only marginally successful. Note that Sasha and Cleo are panting heavily, while Bunni remains relatively unfazed.



We WERE successful in getting the pugs to tolerate each other enough for a group pic, tho. TRIUMPH!

First meeting

Bunni's visit was the first time the 3 pugs had a chance to meet each other. It was Momentous. Sasha and Bunni immediately took the opportunity to check each other out. Check out each others' bums, that is.

Cleo needed a little encouragement to get close to Bunni. Do you see her actively trying to get away?

All 3 put up a completely united front when it came to begging for treats, however.
